In these Gong Bath Meditations, you’ll relax comfortably with your eyes closed as the soothing tones of the gongs guide you on a transcendental journey. The healing vibrations of the gong will resonate with your body, promoting deep relaxation and renewal. As the sound washes over you, you'll feel a sense of calm and balance, leaving you refreshed in mind, body, and spirit.

Let the sound carry you to a state of profound peace and restoration.

The experience is called a "bath" not because it involves water, but because the sound waves wash over and envelop you. The frequencies produced by gongs have a therapeutic effect on the body and mind, helping to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and potentially aid in emotional or physical healing.

Gong baths can be transformative for some, as the vibrations may help release blockages, balance energy, and encourage a meditative or altered state of consciousness.

The gongs I use have a very clean and meditative sound, with rich, beautiful grounding harmonics and vibrations.

Good to know

  • Your body temperature can drop during a gong bath, so wear something warm in the colder months

  • There is no dress code; wear whatever you are comfortable in and feel included as you are.

  • Meditation & Sound Healing are far less comfortable after a heavy meal, so please refrain from eating a heavy meal before the session

  • If you’re new to gong baths and would like tips on what to pack (if you’re not hiring equipment), here are some suggestions

  • Mat (most people bring a yoga mat) or soft floor covering (such as a quilt) to lie on

  • Pillow/cushion for your head and a blanket to snuggle up in (or a warm jumper or shawl)

  • If you have a bolster (or another cushion/pillow) then that is a nice extra for under your knees

  • An eye pillow/mask if you would like total darkness

Please note: Gong is not recommended for women in their first trimester of pregnancy, or those suffering from extreme mental health problems

My ‘Respectful Photo Guidance’ means that I do not take photos of guests in these sessions.
