Life and leadership can be complex.

Through Being Human Well, I help people navigate the complexity of the human experience with greater ease, empathy and presence. Because we live our lives in different rooms, my work meets people where they are. I help corporate teams regulate through stress and growth, I create deep somatic restoration through retreats, meditation and sound healing, I design restorative environments for hospitality brands and I write children's books to help the next generation feel whole within themselves. Different expressions, but always the same goal: helping people return to themselves
