  • Yes, absolutely! With enough notice, I can travel globally. I am also happy to run virtual events. I am used to working with global and regional teams due to my last role where I led a team of 40 humans across 15 countries.

  • No, you don’t. Any meeting room works. I teach meditation that is chair based as well as comfy cushion based. If you would like me to arrange an ‘away day’ or a few hours in a beautiful healing space, I can do this too.

  • Yes, I am.

    I have 15 years corporate experience leading teams of 30+ humans and have worked across over 20 countries globally.

    I have a BSc in Psychology, MSc in Occupational Psychology, a 150hr Chopra Meditation Certification and a Gong Facilitator CMA Certification.

  • Not specifically, but by default, yes.

    Empathy is about seeing and understanding the feelings of others; Emotional Intelligence helps you to manage your moods in the midst of that recognition. EI helps you to rise above the feelings.

    Compassion enables you to take action.

    All of these work effectively together, but my focus is on Empathy & Compassion with EI naturally taking part. Again, meditation plays a big part in cultivating Emotional Intelligence.

  • Yes, I do and you can find many of my recorded meditations on the Happy Place App. I also do bespoke recordings for my individual clients as and when needed when I am supporting them one-to-one.

  • A Gong Bath is a type of meditation using the sound and vibration of a gong. The experience is called a "bath" not because it involves water, but because the sound waves wash over and envelop you. The frequencies produced by gongs have a therapeutic effect on the body and mind, helping to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and potentially aid in emotional or physical healing.
