The Be Nourished Retreat offers a luxurious, serene escape from everyday life to connect with our mind-body connection by bringing awareness to how we can bring optimal wellbeing to our body and our mind.
This session will explore meditation and mindfulness techniques with Katie, relating to stress reduction and how you can harness the power of the vagus nerve to connect your mind to the way you view and nourish your body.
We will also be joined by our guest precision nutritionist and biohacker, Dorota Cloke, founder of Feel Human. Dorota will guide a refreshing session that blends science with real-life, doable wellness hacks. This is for you if you want to feel energised, balanced, and in sync with your body—without spending hours meal prepping or surviving on green juices. Dorota will focus on:

· There will be a mix of chair-based and floor-based meditation practices. For any floor-based practices you are welcome to continue using your chair. Mats and cushions are provided.
· There is no dress code; wear whatever you are comfortable in and feel included as you are.
· You can interact as little or as much as you desire.

My ‘Respectful Photo Guidance’ means that I will never take photos of your face or when you are in meditation. There may be photos of the general event, but these are kept to a minimum to respect everyone’s privacy.
