Be Nourished – Half Day Meditation & Nutrition Retreat
The Be Nourished Retreat offers a luxurious, serene escape from everyday life to connect with our mind-body connection by bringing awareness to how we can feed all parts of ourselves.
This session will explore meditation and mindfulness techniques, stress reduction, balanced eating tips, meal planning, mindful eating, and overall wellness integration. The connection between our thoughts, or mental wellbeing and how we nourish ourselves are more entwined than we might imagine. Join us to find out more.
This will include:
- Mindfulness and Visualisation Meditation practices
- A nutrition workshop hosted by our guest precision nutritionist and biohacker, Dorota Cloke, founder of Feel Human. I’m so excited for you to meet Dorota who has been a long time supporter of my events with her delicious Brain Bombs.
- A mix of chair and mat-based meditation practices
This session is for anyone who is looking for a tranquil environment to reconnect with themselves through mind and body.
Sessions are informational and practical, ensuring you always know why we are using each practice. We will move from our chairs to seated and eventually to lying down, allowing you to explore many states of awareness, relaxation and being.

Location: 1Hotel Mayfair, 3 Berkeley St, London W1J 8DL (2 minutes walk from Green Park station on the Jubilee Line)
Attendance: All human beings are always welcome. The workshop will be hosted by me, Katie

Good to know
· There will be a mix of chair-based and floor-based meditation practices. For any floor-based practices you are welcome to continue using your chair. Mats and cushions are provided.
· There is no dress code; wear whatever you are comfortable in and feel included as you are.
· You can interact as little or as much as you desire.

My ‘Respectful Photo Guidance’ means that I will never take photos of your face or when you are in meditation. There may be photos of the general event, but these are kept to a minimum to respect everyone’s privacy.
