Finding Home – Half Day Meditation, Journaling & Pranayama Retreat

The Finding Home Retreat offers a luxurious, serene escape from everyday life to rediscover your sense of belonging and inner peace.

This session will support you to move from feeling lost or distracted to nurtured and comforted as we explore what ‘home’ means to you through restorative expert-led meditation and journaling practices. I am also welcoming in a wonderful guest facilitator to the session: Zephyr Wildman

Zephyr will be guiding a Pranayama session to compliment our mediation practices, supporting an even deeper sense of inner peace. It is an honour to welcome Zephyr into this space and I know you will feel her magic as deeply as I do.

This will include:

- Mindfulness, Mantra and Visualisation Meditation practices

- Pranayama Yoga - Pranayama is an ancient breath technique that originates from yogic practices in India. It involves controlling your breath in different styles and lengths

- Tailored journaling exercises

- A mix of chair and mat-based practices

This session is for anyone who is looking for a tranquil environment to reconnect with yourself and to learn how to enhance self-awareness and ease into everyday life.

Sessions are informational and practical, ensuring you always know why we are using each practice. We will move from our chairs to seated and eventually to lying down, allowing you to explore many states of awareness, relaxation and being.

Location: 1Hotel Mayfair, 3 Berkeley St, London W1J 8DL (2 minutes walk from Green Park station on the Jubilee Line)

Good to know

· There will be a mix of chair-based and floor-based meditation practices. For any floor-based practices you are welcome to continue using your chair. Mats and cushions are provided.

· There is no dress code; wear whatever you are comfortable in and feel included as you are. There will be some gentle yoga, so please wear something to suit this practice

· You can interact as little or as much as you desire.

· Snacks, water and tea included

My ‘Respectful Photo Guidance’ means that I will never take photos of your face or when you are in meditation. There may be photos of the general event, but these are kept to a minimum to respect everyone’s privacy.

If I have a wait-list and I manage to back-fill your booking, I will give you a full refund regardless of time-frame.
